The honor was presented at the 2026 PAA Central and State College Keystone Awards, which recognize excellence among multifamily housing professionals and communities throughout the region.

The award represents a significant achievement for PMI and reflects the collective efforts of its leadership, onsite teams and employee co-owners who work every day to maintain high standards and deliver exceptional experiences for residents, property owners and communities.

Individual PMI team members were also recognized for their contributions to the industry. Jordan Smith of Long Meadows received the Rookie of the Year award, recognizing his outstanding contributions early in his property management career.
